Over the scope of the project, two additional building issues were brought to our attention pertaining to the exterior wall of the building facing 47th street that will need updates in the coming year, and the design of the rafter beams that go into the stucco wall on the front facing Shattuck side of the building (close to the overlaps with the tile) that might be cause for an additional scope of work. The CALLI team will continue to review capital improvement needs and work on scheduling building upgrades to strengthen the longevity of the building. In the meantime feel free to remove your tarps and protective sheeting, and make efforts to clean and operate your spaces at normal capacities.
This post construction period coupled with the ongoing pest/rodent servicing will be most successful if we are able to stay alert and monitor whether the changes are making a positive impact.
