Technically correct, EBPREC has a nonprofit called CALLI that owns Omni.

I'll also plan to at least make an appearance (I have a call in the middle of it :/ )

This meeting says its for investors but probably everyone is welcome to join.  It would be good practice for more sudo/omni peeps to attend EBPREC events, i agree with that!
