I cleared the edges of about 1.1 out of 3 windows. Some parts did come off fairly easily but most did not and several areas were so difficult it's unreasonable to do more than a bit with a hand tool.

I ended up getting slightly better manual scrapers from the tool library but we really need a power tool. At least I'm personally unwilling to do more of this without one. Does anyone know which tool would be appropriate? The tool library did not have such a tool.

I'll bring scrapers and we'll lay down some 2x4s across the windows so people be in danger of falling through the glass.
