Tracy, I think jordan's email just launched the conversation about alternate spaces. I don't think anyone is moving just yet, but I don't think there's any harm in people looking at other spaces (if they're interested in what's out there)...

There's usually kind of a trade off between ease of access by automobile, and ease of access by transit.
