the relevant part (according to me -- and am no expert) appears to be
set a user's mod flag with
withlist -l -r du.setMemberModeratedFlag testlist myemailaddress 'x'
and clear it with
withlist -l -r du.setMemberModeratedFlag testlist myemailaddress ''
