Does anyone happen to have a 208V transformer sitting around, or know where to best get one?

We have a new (old) centrifuge that requires 14A @ 208V. We currently have it plugged in to our spare 230-240V outlet. Most equipment can handle +/- 10% of rated voltage, but that is likely decrease its lifespan over the long term.

For the unenlightened, 208V is two phases of a 3-phase system. We have the more usual 2x120V circuit instead. See https://ctlsys.com/support/electrical_service_types_and_voltages/
