No, no talks about those aspects yet. 
Our SudoMesh (PON) meetings have been very pack with items to cover, but definitely this is something to add to the agenda.

This is great! I assume we're going to lock it - has there been any
talk about how to manage access to behind the gate? Combo vs key lock?
