At this point the mention of August 15th should also disappear, potentially much of that paragraph as well.  (I think its quite unfortunate that the may payment was not made on time, causing the notice of default on loan, but i'm not sure if we need to advertise that?)

There are many folks I would like to circulate these documents to, so if someone with editing abilities is open to making it world-ready that'd be great.  Also open to other suggestions, ways of moving, draft templates, etc!
