If anyone is looking for workshop space, we have some spots open at our place in West Oakland, right by the West Oakland Bart.

Nice shipping containers with electrical and roll-up doors. $350-500 depending on the size, utilities included. 24/7 access, bathroom, internet, gated yard. 

A small group of fabricators, makers, engineers, artists, and other businesses co-work in this space. The space can accommodate electronics projects, metal work, woodworking, arts projects, etc.

Not a live-work space.
