There is an ICE protest at fruitvale tonight at 6pm so I will either be late to tonight's meetup or not able to make it depending on how things go.  

This brought up a project I was interested in building, a stingray detector.  The instructions I found online require either a RTL-SDR v3 or a HackRF One.  Before I buy one online, I was wondering if anyone has one they'd be willing to loan to this project?
