Please forward to your groups and collectives - Omni Commons is
seeking candidates in our officer election for 3 positions: president,
treasurer and secretary.

At minimum, folks in these positions need to have their names filed
with the California secretary of state and be available to
occasionally sign things.

At best, folks in these positions would join the finance working group
to take an active role in administrative paperwork, writing checks,
paying bills and so forth. An active treasurer would enable us to have
separation of powers between the bookkeeper and the money spender, for
example.

Your primary interactions would probably be with finance wg members -
currently me, Sarah Lockhart, John Torok, and occasionally Silver.
Like all community members, you'd be encouraged (but not required) to
attend delegates meetings on 1st and 3rd Thursdays.

As soon as we get enough interested candidates, we will hold an
election to get delegate approval.
