number 10.
Earlier today, we were number 11. If we're number
11 at noon, at the moment when voting closes, we will not be
considered for the $100,000.
The organization that is right
behind us, that will take our chance at the grant if we let it—is a
for-profit organization.
Under the rules of the grant, they
were allowed to compete. That doesn't make it right.
