Join us for a meetup focused on free BIOS and firmware this Saturday at 7pm. The event will feature presentation and an AMA with a Coreboot developer. We will discuss the security and freedom issues imposed by proprietary firmware blobs like Intel ME, how Coreboot addresses these issues, and how we can build libre systems on non-x86 platforms. Attendees are welcome to bring their laptops to get help on flashing Coreboot or me_cleaner.
