A shopping cart recycler stopped by the Omni Wednesday. It gave me the idea that if we let a few of them know we often have recycling they may be able to haul a lot of it away, freeing space in our recycling bins.

Seriously though - does anyone have any thoughts as to what to do about this situation? I know I'm not the only person who has dealt with the trash but seeing this only weeks after personally making a huge dump run puts me right on the very border of freak out city.
