They are stressing that close friends should come (I think this includes the Sudo fam) but not random people who might potentially make a scene to piss off the judge. This is their concern. Almost forgot: On the question of money, funds from the E- bail collection fund will be turned into an anti-repression fund for Albany Bulb (so bail and camping tickets, etc for future police bullshit at the Bulb).
