Update: Sonic called me because apparently the ATT Central Office we would connect to is full and has no free pairs. They refused to give a time estimate. I tweeted to the Sonic.net CEO dane jasper, if he could speed it up, and he said he'd check it out. The said they would give us 1 month free as a comp so far.

For some reason it didn't occur to me that we could keep using the same
modem. Does Sudo Room own the modem or do we have to give it back to
the ISP when we leave?

I don't have any extra modems, but I could chip in toward the cost of
one if we decide it's a worthwhile purchase.

Still pretty good speeds. Does it work with the same CPE as the current
DSL service?
