Max, thanks so much for dealing with this. I definitely hope that we
can get internet ASAP. Of course, I also have mixed feelings about
putting pressure that doesn't also help our new neighbors who
apparently are all having trouble getting basic internet & landline
service for themselves too... i.e. don't just bump us up a list, but
actually hire more staff or pay more overtime or whatever. idk what
the best solution right now is, although the big C word did briefly
form an evil presence in my mind.

The neighbors have problems? We can buy some point to point wifi links and share whatever we get if the neighbors want.
