Hey folks,

After our conversation today at the Omni Hackathon about internal communication, I started thinking that the next important piece of infrastructure both for sudo room and for the omni collective may be a "support" system, as in a Help Desk, or effectively an issue tracker.

After reviewing some open source options https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_issue_tracking_systems I was wondering what other folks have used and may think about this.
