Jek talks about how CALLI is the owner because Omni Commons failed to secure a long-term loan: We've had some grants in the past but now it's running low. Fortunately member donations are incresing due to existing members raising their contribution and new members joining. <br />

*There are different tools that are being used sometimes google docs, sometimes proton somtimes cryptpad etc. <br />
michael: We can give recommendation and provide tools, but ultimately it's the do-ers that decide what to use. <br />
