Even with the small number of collaborators already in conversation and negotiation, it is essential to soon agree to some way of working with one another in a fair, effective, and value-consistent fashion. It may be to the advantage of these collaborators to establish a meta-structure that is positioned to address the minimal required responsibility that ensures co-operation and solidarity in a shared community space. Further, it is an open question whether or how other groups may join in the collaboration. There are opportunities for various structures, with different forms of collaboration involved, that ultimately require different modes of decision-making. <br />
