At Causeit, he manages a team of ten who work on creating robust innovation ecosystems of aligned teams, engaged clients and collaborative industry events for leading global companies. Examples of his work at Causeit include creation of innovation ethnographies—storytelling of innovations inside and outside a company to build understanding of how new ideas arise—as well as facilitation of innovation team retreats in the financial and tech sectors, coaching of startup challenges, and creation and fulfillment of higher education innovation strategies in a top online university.
