juul: i have time for software and nic has time for the For small batches can just use off-the-shelf modules for the solar charger and battery setup, and the esp32 board - wouldn't be cheaper ttgo board already set up for esp32s - would need to hook up a second lora module to it small batch of 10-50, see how much it ends up costing
