Open Source Belle Game Framework

- Today I Learned Workshop - Saturday 2pm 10/4/14 First group session going over the open sourced Framework BELLE, building up the source code, and finding ways to make a learning game intersting and cool while staying serious games.
Misc
- Based on early RenPy game attempts SudoRoomVisualNovelGame only this time this will be in the website
- If time permits, then we should move this to mobile (native)
