[sudo-access] Door Card Reader Issues

[Matthew Senate]

For the card that I can mis-swipe to generate a red light but still open
the door, I have not seen any failed reads. However, when the card seems to
be read correctly and the green light flashes, the door does not unlatch.

Go figure.

Will look for other readers right now.
