Many unsupported claims such as this one, "Once the implant is inserted
it can have the capability to erase any memory of the event." but I'll
have to save the video "RFID Chip procedure! Obamacare 2014" for future
research.

Without knowing this person's qualifications and which reputable
organization he is from it is very hard to take anything he says as
credible supporting info.  Not trying to minimize any suffering you may
be experiencing, just giving a second set of eyes on what looks like a
scam powered by fear and misinformation.
