[DisasterRadio] Other LORA mesh implementations

I too have been experimenting with d.r & meshtastic since the wildfires of
Summer 2019 in Eastern Australia.

Meshtastic is very active and well-supported.

looks well-developed and I am keen to build a test network using this also.

https://sparrow-platform.com/ can use  ducklink.
