[DisasterRadio] disaster.radio monthly hangs

Keen! I've been jumping back into LoRa work recently with a near term (this
summer/fire season) goal of getting LoRa backed PM2.5 particulate sensors
in/near Tahoe National Forest. As part of that effort I've just sent out a
design for an ESP32 dual-LoRa dev board. I expect to have it built by
mid-July.
