[mesh-dev] Thursday hacknight progress

* I made a rebuild script for sudowrt-firmware but I haven't tested it yet.
* Minor fixes to build script
* notdhcp now compiles with its new library dependencies both as part of
OpenWRT and using the cross_compile_env script. There are options to
compile with and without integrated switch support so you can still compile
it on a non-openwrt system and those features will simply be disabled. The
code for the actual switch port polling is still not done.
