[Mesh] wifi spectrum analyzer

I threw the spectrum analyser debugging mode stuff into freebsd and
helped the ath9k people get the driver support into linux.
So all the 11n NICs starting with the AR9220/AR9280 support giving you
spectral information.
If anyone wants to take a crack at writing up a little visualisation
app in C/C++ for Linux, let me know. I'll point you in the right
direction (mostly ath9k-devel and linux-wireless lists, but still.)
