[Mesh] TIER - Technology and Infrastructure for Emerging Regions

For work I've been advising a group in India who are working to bring
internet connectivity to rural villages. Finding our little R&D project
quite helpful in the process!

In looking for mesh projects in India, I came across the Dharamsala

assisted by a group at Berkeley called TIER. Good stuff here:
