[Mesh] new website theme for peoplesopen.net!

thanks to max ogden for setting up the landing page! After some hacking I
pushed up a simple wordpress port as the first iteration.

Next up are revealing the primary calls to action, and crafting further
user interaction with the landing page alone, hopefully deprecating
sub-pages. If anyone has insight, please use this:
