[Mesh] Political economy of WiFi in Oakland

Sorry, I did not word it well.
All of these documents can be public. I meant to say that I also have access to a couple of documents that I did not post, that are not for public distribution. And I meant to say I would be happy to show physical copies of those documents to folks working on sudo-mesh who are interested.

Thanks for keeping a close eye on this sort of thing, Yardena. It is very helpful for us all to be reminded that it is a publicly archived mailing list periodically.
