[Mesh] BSC $10,000 Development Grant

Let's bring it up at the next Mesh meetup.  perhaps SudoMesh could partner
with other Meshes in the EB as Matt suggests.

Even if we don;t end up qualifying, we could still use this opportunity to
grow the Mesh community and connect with like-minded individuals.
