[Mesh] 5 ghz rooftop node in west oakland

Is there anybody in the grand lake / adams point area interested in starting a network there?  I don't have good LOS except in a few directions, but could probably convince my landlord to allow a precarious roof install.  Also dropped a pin noting where I think a good location for a node installation would be if we could get a permit:
