[Mesh] hackathon

It's happening!

Please invite folks. Informally, we'll plan to bring the regular meshers
together on this Saturday July 5th, but open up to a wider public audience
July 6th and July 7th.

We can hold rolling "on-boarding" sessions to newcomers all day, this way
folks can get informed about our current status, plugged in to our ongoing
work and connected to the people and information to carry on their
collaboration after the hackathon.

Jenny and I chatted briefly about three personas:

   1. Experienced Sudo Mesher
   - Directed to proceed hacking or collaborating with existing project(s)
   2. Developer / Technical Person new to Sudo Mesh
      - Directed to rolling "on-boarding" session, then to project or
      collaborators based on interest after.
   3. Community-Oriented Person new to Sudo mesh
      - Directed to rolling "on-boarding" session, then to project or
      collaborators based on interest after.
