[Mesh] Annual Sudo Mesh Board Meeting: September 15th, 7:30pm

All,

I've gotten confirmation from the following people:
* Marc
* Matt
* Jake

Including myself, that makes 4 board members. Our bylaws require us to have
between 5-11.

Pete expressed interest in joining, which is great! I'll reply to him
offlist about what's required (mostly just showing up to the annual meeting
and voting on any legal stuff) and we could vote him in on Tuesday if he's
still interested.

If the others currently on the board could send me your full name and home
address, that would be much appreciated. I'm nearly finished with our CA
3500 tax-exemption application and would like to send it asap.

If you would like to be removed, please let me know. Otherwise please
participate in some form next Tuesday (remote attendance on the pad is
fine).
