[Mesh] Richmond tower update

Great to have you join Max. Having two folks for this first step sounds
ideal! Yeah, perhaps bring some nodes to show. We can coordinate the
meeting off-list.

In general, I'm not quite sure what their digital access teams
capabilities are but I think at the very least they could help us reach
out to people in the area who'd be interested in maintaining a test
deployment. And since we don't have access to the Archive tower...
finding the location of those repeaters is key.

In terms of messaging, I think the post-Sandy hurricane Red Hook mesh is
a captivating story; it shows a real-world example of a similar
community and how a non-profit like BBK can put resources towards making
a similar thing happen.
