[sudo-discuss] It's Unconscionable

Though I think the tone should be very respectful, it seems to me that this
should be a letter directed at the Police Chief. The way Quan put it in
this article as a citizen science thing is a lot more respectable a
position, in my opinion.

It seems to me that it is most imperative to respond most directly to his
assertion that Workshop Weekend has a class "to teach people a skill to
violate the law". It is carefully enough worded that it is not claiming
that the workshop or the teachers are doing anything illegal. So I think it
best to make the distinction very clear between the skill and the criminal
intent to burglarize.
