I would also like to point out that this is not just about lock picking.

Should it be illegal to teach someone something that they could use to
break the law? No, of course not.

Oakland is so out of touch when it comes to law enforcement that instead of
actually working to improve communities, they are fighting a PR war.

It's unconscionable!
