SRoom needs advisers re FM radio transmitter location. Renting tower
space? Free?
Meet the Alameda radio operators, who might want to help.
Arrive b4 630pm to be early to talk b4 the meeting starts.
Loc: Alameda air base, through tunnel from Oakland.

Cass Carrington, age ~33, HP web technologist is club president.
Members know about broadcast radio & xmitters, etc.



Bonus: Glen Rickerd speaks re wifi networks. Glen is leading the setup
of a net in Concord.

This Friday 25th we will be holding our October Meeting.

The meeting will be held at our usual meeting place at 431 Stardust
Place, Alameda beginning at 7:00 pm.



This month our speaker will be Glen Rickerd, NO6W who will cover the
fascinating topic of Boardband Hamnet.

A very different and contemporary topic!, see the attached agenda for
more details.



Please join us on Friday, and bear in mind that the talk will be at the
beginning of the meeting so be there early!
