I just one of the organizers of Oakland Nights Live scheduled for Oct 11th
(evening)
http://wiki.omni-oakland.org/w/Event:2014/10/11_Oakland_Nights_Live whether
we can run our event later (until maybe 6pm or 7pm) in the ballroom during
their setup, then move downstairs to the basement if necessary.

I think this might be ideal for both time to prep, low overhead, and use of
the big beautiful ballroom!
