[sudo-discuss] Invoice #105 from Omni Oakland Commons

Anyone with access to the invoice can pay a portion using a credit card -
they don't need to have a Wave account!

I believe there's an "Add a Payment" button on the invoice itself - you can
enter in however much you'd like to pay.
