Hi Segue. That's not really how sudo room works.

The way it works is that you can get a login to our calendar, then you
figure out what time would be a good time for your event and put it on the
calendar and announce it.

Basically: If you want something to happen, you have 100% of the
responsibility for making it happen.

Thursday nights are definitely a bad time due to many other events being
held at that time and the common space will be full of stuff until some
time thursday because everything is pulled out of sudo room and in boxes
ready for the move. You may be able to fit the event friday, saturday or
sunday.
