Ooh - I got it: Spoonflower <http://www.spoonflower.com>'s Modern
Jersey<http://www.spoonflower.com/modern_jersey>material!

It's stretchable, it's breathable, and it's only $26.50/yard, printed with
any design you want. Currently out of stock tho :-(

One yard is 91cm, 142cm wide, so you should be able to get about 28 20x20cm
masks out of that - at less than $1 per mask!
