[sudo-discuss] Proposed changes to the articles of association

#* It is only possible to become a member at the weekly sudo room meeting.
Prospective members should attend if possible but can submit a written
declaration if they are not able to attend in person.

Given we live in a Hangouts/Skype/FaceTime kind of universe, shouldn't we
leave open the potential to join and participate remotely? We already
permit people to join asynchronously in absentia; why not synchronously in
absentia?
