hi all,

thanks for clarifying. i was aware that omni doesn't have exact $/sqft
numbers - that's why i asked "approximately." if there's no "approximately"
because of large variation, i totally understand and there's no need for
folks to reply to me further (i'll take the silence to mean "there is too
large a variation").
