[sudo-discuss] OPD data

[Max B]

Berkeley copwatch and some others have been working on visioning a peoples database which would approach this task from the sort of other end. They've generally been short developers with the time and capacity though. I'd be happy to make any necessary introductions, etc if anyone's interested.
