[sudo-discuss] null modem adaptor needed

also if you want to see the robot shake its maraca, start reading the
manuals so you can program it! i am told that it's "easy" to program
things like "waypoint one, waypoint two, repeat" and then set the speed...
and shaking the maraca (after it's wedged firmly into the "hand") would be
a perfect Hello World!
getting the serial stuff to work is for uploading programs written
elsewhere, or hopefully controlling the robot directly over the serial
port.
