[sudo-discuss] Locker Prices and Protocol

Hey all,

Wrote up a simple protocol and evaluated some prices for the dearth of
lockers we currently have:

If we reach capacity, we should be able to bring in $460 / month.

I'm going to buy some locks and put latches on all the currently
un-latch-able lockers.
