[sudo-discuss] [omni-discuss] [CCL] Don't drop off random "donations" (like stone countertops) in CCL without checking with us first!

sudo tends to get permanent dumping via "donations"

ccl seems to become temporary storage (which then becomes long term
storage) for things that people either don't know what to do with or need
to move for a bit.
